FAQs

When do tickets go on sale?

A presale for our Magic Members will begin on August 7th. Remaining tickets will then go on sale to the general public August 20th

How do I get into the presale?

Sign up for our Magic Member Club! You can do so at the bottom of our website or join our Facebook and Instagram groups for your first access to tickets!

Are Tickets refundable?

Like our party deposits, all event tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE. However, payment may be used towards a future booking with us or a future Making Magic Ball/Event.


I have an allergy, how can I know if the food is safe for me to eat?

Are the characters advertised the ones at the event?

We cannot guarantee the appearance of any specific character at our event. With the exception of Mr. and Miss Mouse, appearances are subject to change.
